About the role

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Security Officer to join our team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel in the Central Region. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and opportunity for career growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Patrolling the premises to ensure the safety and security of the site, employees, and visitors
2. Monitoring and maintaining security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms
3. Responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies and taking appropriate action
4. Conducting security checks and inspections, including access control and visitor management
5. Maintaining detailed logs and reports of all security-related activities
6. Liaising with the management team and other stakeholders as required
7. Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar security role
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. A proactive and problem-solving mindset
5. Familiarity with security systems and equipment
6. A valid Security Guard Licence or willingness to obtain one
7. A clean criminal record and the ability to obtain a security clearance
