Job summary

A leading security services provider in Singapore is seeking a Security Officer for a commercial office building. Responsibilities include security monitoring, managing access control, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of security experience and a valid security officer license. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of up to $3000 plus allowances. Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred.

• Work Location: Jalan Tukang, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Sat 8am – 5pm
• Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3000 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring & Patrols: Oversee entrances, exits, common areas, and conduct regular patrols across floors, parking zones, and restricted areas.
• Access Control & Surveillance: Manage visitor access through the building’s system, monitor CCTV, and respond to suspicious activities.
• Emergency Response & Safety Compliance: Assist in evacuations, follow emergency procedures, and conduct routine inspections of fire exits, alarms, and safety equipment.
• Tenant & Stakeholder Support: Address tenant concerns, ensure contractor/vendor compliance with building policies, and provide frontline assistance.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and ensure proper record‑keeping for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent education level
• Minimum 1 year security experience
• Possess a valid security officer license
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV systems, and visitor management procedures
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
