Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is partnering with a recognised organisation to recruit a Security Manager (AI). This role leads development and implementation of AI security controls, protecting AI platforms and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities include driving the AI security strategy, securing GenAI and ML pipelines, managing incidents and coordinating with IT, Risk and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of cybersecurity experience with 3 years in AI/ML Security or MLSecOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience securing AI systems, including GenAI, agentic systems or ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the AI Security strategy aligned with enterprise risk and governance frameworks.
• Establish secure-by-design standards and oversee AI security architecture, controls and risk management.
• Design and implement security controls for AI applications, including GenAI, agentic systems and ML pipelines.
• Lead AI threat detection, incident response, red teaming and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor AI security posture, manage risks, and continuously enhance security controls.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, SOC, business teams and external vendors to strengthen AI security operations.
• Manage AI security vendors, budgets and awareness programmes while providing security guidance to senior stakeholders

Acts as the technical authority for AI security, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive secure AI adoption.

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years of cybersecurity experience with 3 years in AI/ML Security or MLSecOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience securing AI systems, including GenAI, agentic systems or ML pipelines.
• Ability to translate AI risks into executive-level insights.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification.
• Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS.
