About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Security Manager to support our operations across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure workplace, preventing losses, and protecting company assets through effective security programs, audits, and investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional security programs to prevent losses and enhance team safety.
- Lead investigations based on loss trends, audit results, and reports from various sources.
- Conduct security audits and surveys to identify risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work with field teams to develop action plans that strengthen operational controls and security measures.
- Prepare and present regular security reports to regional leadership.
- Support the setup and maintenance of security systems and technologies across facilities.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including HR, Legal, and law enforcement.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a security-related role.
- Experience in logistics or distribution environments preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, overtime, and travel.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
- W-Z Interview and Interrogation certification is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong background in investigations, project management, and training.
- Good understanding of CCTV and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to build trust and maintain strong working relationships with others.
