Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior cybersecurity lead to oversee security operations and drive incident detection, response, and reporting.

You will coordinate with network, system, endpoint, services, and application teams to advance protection across the organization. The role requires CISSP/CCSP/CISM/ CCSK certification, hands-on experience with PAM, DAM, SIEM and endpoint security tools, and strong leadership and stakeholder management to align security

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity projects and security initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate cybersecurity operations, incident response, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of security controls, incident management, and best practices.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM or CCSK preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects and security operations, including preparing and presenting reports to management.

• Provide technical guidance to team members on cybersecurity operations and initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess, address, and escalate cybersecurity risks.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects and security operations, including preparing and presenting reports to management.
• Lead and collaborate closely with Security Operations teams on cybersecurity incident detection, response, investigation, handling, and reporting.
• Oversee IT security alerts and ensure timely investigation, escalation, and resolution of security incidents.
• Work closely with internal project teams, including Network, System, Endpoint, Services, and Application teams, to drive cybersecurity planning and operational activities.
• Lead the regular review and assessment of incident response plans to ensure they remain effective and up to date.
• Identify, recommend, and drive the implementation of security enhancements to strengthen the organization's overall information security posture.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to team members on cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity risks and issues are properly assessed, addressed, and escalated where required.

Requirements:

• Experience in cybersecurity implementation and deployment with the ability to lead security initiatives from planning through to implementation.
• Experience in leading or coordinating cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security monitoring activities.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, security controls, incident management, and security best practices.
• Possess CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CCSK certification.
• Familiar with IM8 policies and cybersecurity requirements.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity technologies and tools, including:
  • PAM: CyberArk
  • DAM: IBM Guardium, Imperva SecureSphere DAM
  • SIEM: Splunk, IBM QRadar
  • Endpoint Security: Trend Micro, Carbon Black
  • Vulnerability Assessment: VA scanners
• Familiar with IM8 policies and cybersecurity requirements.
• Good leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across technical teams.
