Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking an experienced Head of Security Engineering to lead our enterprise security engineering function across cloud, infrastructure, endpoints, and security architecture. This leadership role defines the organization's technical security strategy and oversees multiple security domains to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee vulnerability management, cloud and endpoint security, security architecture, and security operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in vulnerability management, cloud security, endpoint security.
• Experience with enterprise security architecture and governance.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
• CISSP/CISM/CCSP or equivalent desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security engineering across domains.
• Define security strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Oversee security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and M365.
• Oversee vulnerability management program.
• Maintain security architecture reference models and threat modelling.
• Oversee security operations tooling and detection capabilities.
• Drive secure software development and product delivery.
• Champion AI governance in security.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on risk-based decisions.
• Support audits and compliance programs.
