The Security Engineer’s overall responsibilities are in the engineering and operation of Secure Web Gateway monitoring and control, Vulnerabilities assessment, Endpoint Detection and Response platforms, External threat intelligence monitoring and assessment for our digital banks. Additional responsibilities include the development and deployment of security solutions across the enterprise, monitoring the enterprise for cybersecurity threats, and responding with mitigating actions.

Job Description

• Configure, design, test, recommend, deploy, and maintain security solutions, ensuring tools and associated processes are continuously optimized for effectiveness.
• Monitor security alerts, triage, investigate, mitigate, elevate, and document security issues.
• Develop advanced detection use cases, alerts, metrics, dashboards, reports, tools, automations, documentations, and related work around the incumbent security solutions.
• Develop solutions and tools to help automate repeatable operation tasks
• Analyze and respond to undisclosed vulnerabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security, Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role, familiar working in the financial industry
• Familiar with Linux, Windows Active Directory and Network Devices
• Hands‑on experience with relevant security tools a plus - Identity Access Management, Endpoint Detection and Response, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Access Security Broker or Messaging / Email Security.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Well‑organized and able to handle multiple assignments with varying deadlines
• Have initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
• Passionate in IT security technologies and wants to make a difference with them
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
