Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Security Engineer to safeguard our systems and data in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead security operations, manage IAM and vulnerability tools, and collaborate with IT teams to strengthen our security posture. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident response, risk assessment, and implementing AI-driven automation to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance across Windows and Linux platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations and security tool management.
Experience with CyberArk PAM, Imperva DAM, Tripwire FIM and Trellix DLP is preferred.
Knowledge of vulnerability management tools and processes (Tenable, Nessus).
Understanding of enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience with system administration on Windows and Linux.
Familiarity with incident response procedures and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
Demonstrated experience in Security Operations including AI or automation tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain security systems including CyberArk PAM, Imperva DAM, Tripwire FIM and Trellix Endpoint DLP solutions.
Execute security infrastructure projects including CIS hardening implementations, system migrations, and platform consolidations.
Monitor and respond to security vulnerabilities and zero-day threats, applying mitigations and patches.
Support system upgrades and migrations across platforms with minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with EDP/USC for endpoint security deployments and updates.
Maintain security compliance through regular hardening and policy enforcement.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and architectural planning for managed security tools in cloud environments.
Provide technical documentation and SOPs to support team operations.
Respond to security incidents and provide after-hours support as required.
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI/automation to streamline workflows.
