Job summary

NCS Group's AI Central is seeking an AI Security Specialist to design, productise, and deploy secure AI-powered products for regulated sectors in Singapore and APAC. You will translate security requirements into MVPs, implement guardrails, and defend against prompt injections, data leakage, and other AI risks while collaborating with client teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
Minimum 5 years in an active cybersecurity environment exposed to live threats.
Applied AI & Tooling Knowledge: Understanding of modern AI tooling, LLM patterns, orchestration, and how to implement effective guardrails.
Instincts for defending the house with appreciation of risk.

Responsibilities

AI Product & Security Engineering: Build, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions with defensive guardrails and runtime security controls.
Threat Defense & Defending the House: Anticipate vulnerabilities in GenAI; balance rapid experiments with security best practices.
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: Shape secure AI-enabled products with client teams and leadership guidance.
Reusable Assets & Scaling: Develop reusable security patterns, playbooks, and onboarding for regional deployment.
