Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
• 2+ years in an active cybersecurity environment with live threats.
• Understanding of modern AI tooling, LLM patterns, and guardrails.
• Pragmatic problem solving with risk awareness.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make trade-offs between speed and security.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-specific security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, evasion).
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, IMDA Model AI Governance).

Responsibilities

• Translate client problems into MVP AI security solutions with guardrails and runtime controls.
• Develop reusable security patterns and playbooks for regional deployment.
