Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sector Sales Manager, Medical Device, SEA to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Business Growth
    • Define and execute regional sales strategies to deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
    • Identify high-potential subsectors and customer segments (OEMs, contract manufacturers, integrators, direct accounts).
    • Develop short-, mid-, and long-term market development plans informed by trends, industry drivers, and competitive intelligence.
  • Customer & Market Development
    • Expand and manage strategic relationships with global and regional OEM accounts, supporting product development and manufacturing needs.
    • Lead commercial negotiations, long-term agreements, and pricing strategies.
    • Drive adoption of new technologies and solutions through technical presentations, workshops, and design-in collaborations.
    • Act as the primary commercial and technical contact, ensuring regulatory and engineering requirements are met.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
    • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team to strengthen consultative selling skills and value-based solutions.
    • Track and manage performance against KPIs (orders, revenue, pipeline health, lead conversion) using digital tools (CRM, Targit, Power BI).
    • Foster talent development, succession planning, and high team engagement.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, CE Marking), corporate policies, and ethical business practices.
    • Oversee compliance with mandatory contract practices, anti-bribery regulations, and local laws.
  • Cross-functional & External Engagement
    • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, SBD, and product management to deliver integrated solutions.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.
    • Contribute to global and regional business meetings and support special projects or initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master or MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of sales and business development experience in the medical device or life sciences sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and managing complex OEM or strategic accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across SEA.
