We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join us as Sector Head to drive dedicated service lines. Successful candidate will be part of the management team, build and lead a dynamic workforce to follow through entire sector development strategies and client development at all stages.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skill in both written English and presentation skills
- Meticulous, number sensitive and pay attention to details
- People oriented and customer first attitude
- Degree in informatics or candidates from engineering and seeking for career conversion
- Seasoned Software sales/BD who has prior knowledge and experience with software eco-system, sales schemes and license schemes
- Proficient in leading and managing service line development and delivery
- Prior knowledge and experience with proven methodology in business development
- Be proactive and competitive in creating company and client business values
Responsibilities:
Competency Development:
- Analyse, propose and build business cases for new service lines
- Build competency for the approved service lines
- Build partnership for the approved service lines
Business Development and Sales:
- Lead and manage Sector development in fulfilling the business plan approved by CEO
- Produce monthly, quarterly, annual sales, delivery and client reports
- Adjust BD and sales activities on monthly basis, manage and close any variances
- Focus on Key Accounts engagement, as well as Key Opportunities management
- Manage cold and warm accounts and be able to feed business pipelines
- Work with technical team for business fulfilments.
Partner Management:
- Prepare and execute partner qualification and onboarding with approved plan by CEO
- Liaise with partners and suppliers for short term, mid-term and long-term goals
- Manage internal training and certification on Key Partner Accounts
- Manage partner portals
- Monthly partner activities report to CEO, elevate engagement regularly
Client and Event Management
- Adopt BD methodology and manage accounts and clients structurally
- Identify and propose client engagement and training programs to CEO for approval
- Execute client engagement and training process
- Propose and co-organize client events with MarComm
- Produce client engagement outcome measurement
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey together with MarComm
