Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of automation, project, and repair specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback

  • Develop and implement equipment strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability

  • Oversee project startups, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

  • Implement and maintain automation solutions to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs

  • Drive lean initiatives to optimize equipment utilization, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency

  • Manage internal repair operations, ensuring high-quality repairs and minimizing downtime

  • Develop and implement tool management strategies to ensure optimal tool utilization and maintenance

  • Manage inventory of parts and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste

  • Analyze and improve tool output productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes

  • Implement early detection methods to identify potential tool issues, reducing downtime and improving overall equipment effectiveness

Requirements:
