Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager. You will manage the OSS team and oversee all global and local IT Infrastructure activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, and have strong skills in communication and teamwork. This role includes training team members, budgeting support, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.

• Align local IT priorities with global strategies.
• Coordinate deployments, system support, and life cycle management.
• Work with business units to set priorities and optimize resources.
• Establish best practices and procedures for the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (MS/BS).
• At least 6 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
• Strong in communication, documentation, and teamwork.
• Solid knowledge of LINUX (SuSE), Windows, and WAN/LAN.
• Basic knowledge of backup, storage, database, and networking technologies.
• Skilled in project and vendor management, with experience in e-commerce projects.
