Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors & Team, such as, but not limited to:
  • General administration, budgeting, administrative tasks to comply with internal policies, procedures and rules (e.g. approvals for G&E), etc.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas.
  • Organize and coordinate some events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Administrative logistical arrangements for staff onboarding.
  • Such other tasks as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8 years of administrative support experience for Senior Directors and Team
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to acquire consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to team efforts.
  • Ability to analyse situations and support the identification of opportunities for improvement.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in financial institution or as executive secretary is preferable.
