YOUR ROLE

Creating value by managing an efficient and satisfying omnichannel second life solution in my store.

RESPONSIBILITY 1: Manage Second Life Stock Flow

  • Ensure high standards in processing store/online returns with welcome desk, duty managers, and e-commerce teams.
  • Coordinate with all departments, prioritizing safety and a pleasant work environment.
  • Maintain refurbishment standards and keep repair items at zero.
  • Drive high stock rotation to enable continuous return intake.
  • Follow up on delivery issues and weekly UHC coordination, including additional costs.
  • Ensure proper stock distribution and store offer availability with stock relay support.
  • Maintain zero second life items pending treatment.
  • Guarantee smooth stock flow from returns to inventory to sales.
  • Maintain zero write-downs and lowest shrinkage, aligned with country targets.
  • Ensure in-store stock accuracy and availability, optimizing stock lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITY 2: Deliver Best-in-Class Omnichannel Customer Experience

  • Build and manage top-tier customer relationships.
  • Apply fundamentals of selling, store layout, and returns.
  • Manage the loyalty program to optimize customer data.
  • Create action plans based on customer feedback.
  • Implement second life sections throughout the store to enhance customer autonomy.
  • Drive strong commercial momentum.
  • Boost online stock to improve sell-through.
  • Ensure on-time order delivery.
  • Maximize omnichannel customer satisfaction.
