About the Role

Are you passionate about SEO and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? OOm is on the hunt for a talented SEO Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic team! You’ll have the chance to manage SEO activities across a range of in-house brands, helping them grow their digital presence and reach new heights.

As an SEO Specialist at OOm, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful strategies that increase website traffic, enhance brand visibility, drive conversions, and ensure strong search engine rankings for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Support initiatives to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and overall digital performance for our brands.

Keyword Research: Identify high-value keyword opportunities and optimize content for visibility and relevance.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to boost search visibility and user experience.

Website Management: Contribute to improving website structure, internal linking, and metadata in line with SEO best practices.

Strategic Planning: Support efforts to enhance website speed, Core Web Vitals, and search engine performance.

Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot SEO-related issues using tools like Google Search Console.

Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking and analyzing SEO performance using analytics tools to refine strategies and report on progress.

What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

A basic understanding of SEO concepts and a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).

A passion for digital marketing and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
