Qualifications

• Educated to a degree level or possessing equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive senior-level experience in underwriting within a life insurance or reinsurance setting.
• Deep technical understanding of underwriting across major life insurance protection products, coupled with a sound knowledge of industry regulations, risk management principles, and market practices.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record in capacity planning, mentoring teams, and spearheading operational or transformational initiatives.
• Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior internal and external partners.
• A demonstrated capability to make proactive, commercially balanced decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
