Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Commercial Education Manager to translate global learning strategies into SEA market plans for Endomech and Energy products. You will align curricula with local practice, regulatory constraints, and language requirements while ensuring program fidelity.

You will lead trainer networks, manage certification events, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to enable successful product launches across SEA markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree advantageous.
• 4+ years in healthcare/medical device commercial education or sales enablement.
• Experience with training preparation and delivery, and launch readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global/APAC learning roadmap into market deployment plans with timelines and resources.
• Localize curricula for SEA markets, ensuring language and regulatory alignment.
• Build and sustain a certified trainer network and coach in-country educators.
• Own deployment for Endomech/Energy product launches, coordinating with sales enablement and logistics.
• Define KPIs and report progress to stakeholders; iterate content based on feedback.
