• Handle daily sea freight import operations.

• Ensure vendor costing and billing are correct and timely.
• Ensure billing is done on time and according to quotation given.
• Handle Ocean Import permit declaration.

Operations Executive | Ocean Import | Up to $3k | Changi

$2,500 – $3,000 per month (based on relevant work experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5 days work

Working Location: Changi Airfreight Center

Job Description

• Handle daily sea freight import operations.
• Coordinate with customers/vendors/carriers/overseas counterpart for all shipments.
• Ensure vendor costing are correct, and input in system accordingly.
• Ensure billing is done on time and according to quotation given.
• Handle Ocean Import permit declaration.
• Backup of your team member who is on leave / medical leave.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior/management

Requirements

• With at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics/freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and export regulations.
