Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or key account management.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships with e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key e-commerce platforms.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage 1P and 3PD business models for optimal sales.
  • Represent local subsidiaries' voice on key requests.
  • Serve as the point of contact with headquarters and agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for store operations support.
  • Monitor business indicators and store setup for performance improvement.
  • Engage partners on key platform initiatives.
