Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test Project Intern (QA) to join the Engineering Test Team in Singapore. You will contribute to quality assurance for TikTok Live LLM initiatives, participate in building the quality system, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

This internship (starting 2026) offers exposure to automated testing, tool development, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Undergraduate or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Internship duration shall be no less than 3 months.
• Understand basic software engineering and testing processes; know typical testing methods and tools.
• Solid programming foundation in at least one language among Python/Go/Java/C++.

Responsibilities

• Participate in quality assurance for TikTok Live LLM initiatives and assist in building the quality system for large model applications.
• Contribute to tool development for the test team during the AI transformation across testing phases.
• Work on quality and efficiency projects based on LLM, including change control, automated testing, and security.
• Assist in investigating optimization suggestions for QA pain points and drive implementation to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Keep track of new technologies related to large models and AIGC, iterate on QA solutions in practice.
