Job summary

A technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies and drive the adoption of Agile practices. The ideal candidate has a background in Computer Science or IT and at least 4 years of experience in Agile delivery. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure Scrum principles are followed.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align sprint goals with business priorities.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Track and report team progress using Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Coach team members on Agile best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and collaboration.
• Foster a transparent, high-performing, and customer-focused team environment.
• Support change management and promote Agile mindset adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in software or digital product environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
