Job summary

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Project Management or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master preferred.
• Other related certifications and/or training (for example - SAFe DeVos, Implementing SAFe etc.).

Required Experience

• Seasoned Scrum Master experience in an ICT environment, managing software projects and working with software development teams.
• Seasoned experience in Scrum Management.
• Seasoned experience of Agile concepts and principles.
• Seasoned experience as a coach and mentor in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban etc.).
• Seasoned experience with contemporary software development methodologies.
• Seasoned experience with widely successful Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
