Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a School Green Spaces Assistant to support science teachers, maintain outdoor learning spaces, and help with lab safety and administrative tasks.

The role requires O levels, at least 2 years relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with plant growing and maintenance is preferred. Work hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• O levels or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good practical knowledge of plant growing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and technical support to Science teachers.
• Maintain outdoor green learning spaces.
• Ensure lab safety rules and risk-assessment guidelines are adhered to.
• Assist HOD(Science) with resources, stock checks, orders, deliveries, invoices, and financial records.
• Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/HOD(Science).
