Role: Science Lab Assistant

Contract Period

Contract Period: 1st Jan 2026 to 2028

Timing

Timing: 7.30 am - 4 pm inclusive of 1 hour Lunch Break

Work Location

Work Location: Yishun

Responsibilities

• Support daily practical and practical exam preparations.
• Dispense chemical and layout apparatus (glassware, chemicals, safety goggles etc).
• Collect and clear away chemicals and equipment and other teaching materials after each practical including safety disposal of chemicals and washing of glass apparatus.
• Before the start of each term during term break, general replenish of bench reagents.
• Any ad hoc duties that may be assigned to science lab technician.

Qualifications

• Must have primary level education.
• Basic knowledge of lab settings and chemical preparation.
• Past experience of working in a lab will be preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player and able to work independently.
