Job summary
The Pique Lab Learning Centre in Singapore is seeking a motivated Management Associate to help deliver engaging Science and Math tutoring for students aged 9 to 16. You will manage classrooms (online and onsite), prepare lessons, publish learning content, and communicate progress to parents.
Structured mentorship and rapid training are provided during the first 9 months, with a clear path toward Specialist and Management tracks and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced, open team.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Science demonstrated at primary/secondary level and ability to simplify concepts.
- Some teaching experience, in MOE schools, learning centres or private tuition.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate enthusiasm for Science & Math.
Responsibilities
- Classroom & Learning Management: manage online and onsite classes with understanding of student needs.
- Lesson Preparation & Delivery: prepare and simplify Science concepts in line with curriculum.
- Publishing: write articles and produce videos for student learning beyond the classroom.
- Communication: update parents on progress and make improvement recommendations.
