Job summary

An educational institution in Singapore seeks a Frontline Customer Service role focusing on customer interactions, data entry, and event support. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
  • Perform data entry and assist in data collation for reports.
  • Collect forms from pupils for enrichment programmes.
  • Attend to pupils reporting to the Sick Bay.
  • Assist in school events and other administrative duties.

Job description
Working Hours
  • Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of ½ hr lunch break
  • Early shift hours from 7.00am to 4.00pm (occasionally).
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Qualification & Skills & Experience
  • NITEC, ‘O’/’N’ Level certificate or ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5; those without these qualifications but has relevant work experience may also apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Ability to use digital technology effectively to complete tasks and solve problems would be an advantage.
  • Previous work experience as Receptionist/ Frontline Customer Service and Data Admin/Administration.
  • Previous work experience in junior/primary school.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline Customer Service, handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Assist in data collation for report preparation.
  • Collate surveys administered by the school.
  • Collecting forms from pupils for enrichment programmes.
  • Attend to pupils reporting to the Sick Bay.
  • Assist in processing financial aid applications received from pupils.
  • Printing of students’ worksheets, test and exam scripts.
  • Assist in school events such as festive celebrations, annual mid-autumn festival, P1 registration and Orientation.
  • Other administrative duties assigned by the school.
