Job Description
Reception and Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, walk-in visitors, and general enquiries from the school community (pupils, teachers, staff) and external parties (parents, vendors, members of the public).
- Provide clear and courteous assistance, and facilitate communication between parents and teachers.
Goods and Delivery Management
- Receive, record, and manage incoming deliveries, collections, and documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely packing and distribution of items to the relevant departments or individuals.
Student Care and Support
- Attend to unwell or injured pupils at the sick bay and assist in arranging parent pickup when necessary.
- Coordinate early dismissal requests and manage lost-and-found items.
Administrative and Record Management
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and documents in accordance with school policies and data protection guidelines.
Security and Access Management
- Coordinate with security personnel on visitor arrivals and ensure proper visitor registration procedures.
- Manage vendor access and assist with monitoring visitor movements within the premises.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in receptionist/customer service.
- Preferably 1 year of experience working in a primary school setting.
- Have basic First Aid knowledge.
- Preferably candidates who stay around the area.
