Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore seeks a Receptionist to provide office support services and manage visitor interactions at a MOE school. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. Working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM. Responsibilities
  • Providing office support service: First aid to students, handling calls and preparation of documents; Any other duties as informed by Admin Manager and School Leaders.
  • Visitor management: Attending to walk-in customers.
Qualifications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in school administration will be preferred

Work location: East Singapore

Working hours: 630am to 345pm
