Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a capable Operations Assistant to support school safety, security, and daily logistics at a Mattar location in Singapore. You will assist the Operations Manager, ensure supplies are stocked, coordinate with vendors, and provide event-related logistical support.

You will also help maintain cleanliness, escort contractors during operating hours, and cooperate with the team to ensure smooth school operations.

Job Scope:

• Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school safety and security.

• Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining cleanliness and providing logistical support for events.


• Escorting of contractors and vendors during school operating hours.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively and work in teams.


• Have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively.

Prior experience in any of the below areas would be an advantage:

• Logistics-related work


• Cleaning duties


• Administrative roles

*OSOs may be deployedin either shift

Working Hours: 2 shifts: 6am to 3pm/ 9.30am to 6.30pm

Contract Period: 3 months (estimated: 21/9/2026 to 31/12/2026)
