Qualifications

• Familiarity with Singapore standards and electrical regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in adult learning, training delivery, or industry mentoring is an advantage.
• Ability to deliver hands-on, application-focused training for working professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver related courses in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with stronger emphasis on Electrical and Power Engineering and Communications System domains
• Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions on electrical installations, power systems, protection, testing & commissioning, and basic communication systems
• Facilitate adult learners’ understanding of industry practices aligned to relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., SS638, SS650)
• Guide learners through practical exercises, case studies, and real-world applications in electrical system design, operation, and maintenance
• Mentor and support learners in applying theoretical concepts to workplace scenarios, including troubleshooting and safety practices
• Collaborate with course teams to enhance curriculum delivery and ensure positive learning outcomes
