Job summary

A leading education provider in Singapore is seeking a Teacher’s Assistant to help with procurement and coordination of events. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and event management, possess strong communication skills, and hold at least an ‘O’ Level Certificate. The role also requires good organization and multitasking abilities. Salary ranges from $2580 to $2800 per month.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management.
  • Ability to multitask with good time management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable assistance in procurement and administrative support.
  • Prepare, print, and distribute documents and materials timely.
  • Help plan and run school events like camps and celebrations.
