Responsibilities:

• Conduct counselling sessions for students who have made appointments as well as drop‑in cases; able to provide and sustain consistent quality service with close monitoring and professional follow‑up of cases
• Facilitate meetings with HOD Student Development and provide timely updated information on student counsellees to HOD Student Development (monthly)
• Prepare the relevant documents and meet HOD Student Development to update on the progress of AT‑RISK/HIGH RISK cases as well as whenever a case is deemed ‘closed’ (monthly)
• Prepare for and participate in Case Management Team meetings, and take the necessary follow‑up actions as discussed
• Regularly monitor and manage the online booking portal for counselling cases (basic training will be provided by the school)
• Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and assist in crisis management, should the situation arise (throughout the duration of the Contract)

Working Arrangement

Contract Duration: 12 Jan 2026 to 27 Nov 2026

Location: Hillcrest Road

Working Hours:

• One full‑day (Wednesday*, 8am to 5.30pm)
• Three afternoons (Monday, Thursday and Friday*, 12pm to 5pm)

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree in counselling

• Case supervision and receiving ongoing supervision from a trained clinical supervisor
