Job Description

The Scholarship Administration Executive will provide operational and administrative support for the scholarship programme. This role ensures smooth scholarship operations, high service standards, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scholarship Management: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the scholarship team, including responding to public queries, supporting application and selection processes, and maintaining backend data records.
  • Ensuring Service Quality: Serve as the first point of contact for scholars studying locally and overseas, process scholar support cases (academic or employment-related) promptly, and ensure high service standards.
  • Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and outsourced vendors to onboard new scholars, manage claim processing, and ensure timely payouts to institutions and scholars.
  • Programme Monitoring: Ensure compliance with programme objectives, scholarship obligations, and data upkeep requirements.
  • Event Support: Provide operational support for key events, including scholarship fairs, award ceremonies, and onboarding sessions for new scholars.
