We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Scenting Technician to join our team.
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing scenting systems and equipment, as well as handling delivery orders and ensuring excellent service for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair scenting equipment, machinery, and systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Diagnose malfunctions using electronic testing equipment, manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of problems.
- Repair or replace defective components such as motors, switches, bearings, belts, and circuits using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and precision in operation.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements or modifications.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and inventory to facilitate efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations when handling equipment and materials.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients over the phone or in person to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems remotely when possible.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends through training and continuous learning.
- Handle delivery orders of scenting products, refills, and related supplies to clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery, setup, and installation according to the delivery schedule.
