Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (Greater Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking a role focused on continuous improvement within the manufacturing warehouse environment. The successful candidate will plan and execute improvement projects, support employee engagement and training, and participate in risk assessments and root-cause analyses to drive operational excellence.

The position offers rotational exposure to learn across departments, with tasks assigned by the supervisor to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical or related discipline is required.
• Basic operation knowledge of plant equipment is expected.
• Knowledge in RPA / Excel VBA is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is assumed.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing warehouse team.
• Plan and execute assigned improvement projects.
