Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and duty rosters.
  • Ensure compliance with salon SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate maintenance of equipment and treatment rooms.
  • Perform professional scalp analysis using tools and consultations.
  • Recommend suitable scalp and hair treatments based on customer needs.
  • Supervise and guide therapists on treatment techniques and protocols.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand and medical-grade standards.
  • Stay updated on scalp care trends, products, and treatment technology.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage scalp therapists and salon staff.
  • Conduct onboarding, product training, and treatment skill coaching.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Enforce service standards, grooming, and professional conduct.
  • Assist in recruitment and staff development planning.
  • Deliver high-quality customer consultations and aftercare advice.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally.
  • Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and service consistency.
  • Support VIP clients and key accounts when required.
  • Drive treatment packages, memberships, and product sales.
  • Set and track monthly sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Monitor conversion rates from consultation to treatment.
  • Upsell appropriate products without over-selling.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
  • Manage stock levels of scalp treatment products and consumables.
  • Monitor product usage and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate ordering, receiving, and stock take.
  • Ensure proper storage and product expiry control.
  • Support salon promotions, campaigns, and special events.
  • Ensure staff are trained on current promotions and pricing.
  • Assist in content creation (before/after photos, testimonials) where required.
  • Participate in mall or external promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and treatment documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Follow data protection and customer confidentiality guidelines.
