Job Requirements

Required Attire:

• 😷 Disposable Face Mask (recommend to bring extra for spare)
• 👕 T-Shirt / Polo Tee
• 👖 Long Pants / Jeans
• 👟 Safety Shoes [⚠️ In the event you do not have safety shoes, contact the respective Aventa Shift Leaders for loan]
• 🥼 PPE (White Dust Coat & White Hooded Cap) – issued by Aventa, MUST BE WORN before entering the kitchen; Failure to return PPE upon resignation will be charged: $25 for white dust coat, $15 for white hooded cap

On your shift day:

• 🆔 Bring physical NRIC and COLOUR PRINTED Aventa Employment Letter
• ⏱️ Arrive at least 30 mins before job start for security clearance, walking to the kitchen, marking attendance, and changing PPE.
• 📞 Contact site supervisor - send an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings would help site supervisor to locate you faster. (eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc)
• 💬 WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor.
• 🛎️ Latecomers will be rejected for the day’s job
• 📲 DO NOT turn up until you receive the EL Connect app and email notification.
• 🚫 Leaving work before the job end time is misconduct and will result in no pay.

Prohibited Items & Conduct:

• ⛔️ NO wearable accessories
• ⛔️ NO manicured / long nails / fake lashes / eyelash extension
• ⛔️ DO NOT bring bags as there is NO LOCKERS - keep valuables inside your pocket
• ⛔️ NO Smoking in non-designated areas.
• ⛔️ NO one is to consume or pack away any items from the kitchens and stores.

Production Floor Protocols:

• 🚨 Entry to the production floor is strictly via the air shower, and handwashing protocols must be followed. Violators will face strict consequences.
• 🚨 Full time staff may speak louder as they are used to wearing ear muffs.
