Job summary

THAKRAL ONE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled SAS Data Analyst to develop, modify, and optimize SAS programs for analysis, reporting, and visualization in Singapore. You will transform data via ETL, perform statistical modeling, and build dashboards while ensuring quality and compliance with standards.

The role requires 3+ years of SAS programming experience, familiarity with BI tools, and strong communication skills. Occasional weekend and after-hours support may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years SAS programming experience with listed SAS tools.
• Expertise in data manipulation, cleansing, and validation.
• Experience with statistical modeling, regression, and machine learning in SAS.
• Familiarity with SQL/DBMS (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Hadoop, etc.).
• Ability to analyse complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or SAS Visual Analytics) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into SAS environments.
• Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning using SAS.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide data-drivensolutions.
• Develop and maintain SAS-based dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• OptimizeSAS processes for improved efficiency and performance.
• Providesupport and training to teams on SAS best practices and analytics.
• Able to support on maintenance troubleshooting and defect fixing.
• Able to support over weekends and after hours occasionally.

RequiredSkills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAS programming (SAS Visual Investigator, SAS Macros, SAS SQL, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Viya 3.5 with SAS Studio (preferred), SAS Viya 4.0, SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS 9 Programming, Python Programming).
