A Day in the Life As the [SAPMENA] Retail Training Capability Manager for Aesop, you’ll be at the forefront of building retail capability and driving performance across the zone. Reporting to the Aesop Brand General Manager, you’ll partner with our Aesop Training Education and Global Retail Operations teams, responsible for developing the zone’s strategic go to market training frame across our diverse and international SAPMENA Markets. You’ll be responsible for purposefully developing our team’s capability to elevate the customer experience and drive retail performance .
