Nippon Paint Holdings SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Specialist to support major SAP initiatives across international operations, collaborating with business users, IT teams and external partners.

The role covers configuration, customization, system consolidation, integration, S/4HANA migrations, and ABAP troubleshooting, with responsibility to design and implement SAP solutions across Supply Chain and Finance, and to work with global teams including China counterparts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP experience including operations, technical support, customization and integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, T-Codes and ABAP.
• Experience with multiple SAP modules, with focus on Supply Chain and Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade or migration projects.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for cross-border collaboration.

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong SAP Technical Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and driving major SAP initiatives across the organisation, working closely with business users, IT teams and external partners across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Take a leading role in major SAP initiatives, including SAP system configuration and customization, system consolidation, system integration, system enhancement and SAP version upgrades.
• Analyse business requirements and work with stakeholders to design, develop and implement effective SAP solutions across different business functions.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems, including the ability to independently investigate issues, identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
• Work across different SAP modules and have a good understanding of SAP database structures, tables, master data and system processes, particularly in the Supply Chain and Finance domains.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP T-Codes, configuration and customization. Practical experience in ABAP development and troubleshooting will be added advantages.
• Design, develop and support integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications, including RFC, OData, ODBC and other relevant integration methods.
• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, upgrade and migration projects, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP system upgrade initiatives.
• Support major digitalisation initiatives across various business domains, including CRM, Supply Chain, Shared Service Centre, Data Analytics and other emerging digital solutions.
• Work closely with external SAP consultants and implementation partners, providing technical direction, solution assessment and knowledge transfer where required.
• Work with an international team supporting operations across 20+ countries/regions around the globe.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of practical hands-on experience working with SAP systems, including SAP operations, technical support, customization and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in SAP configuration, customization, T-Codes and ABAP.
• Experience working with multiple SAP modules, with a good understanding of SAP database tables, data structures and system dependencies, particularly in Supply Chain and Finance.
• Practical experience in SAP system integration and interfaces, with knowledge of technologies such as RFC, OData, ODBC and other relevant SAP integration mechanisms.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade or migration projects.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of SAP technical issues and projects, from requirements analysis through to solution design, implementation and support.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• A dynamic, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is a good team player.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate communication and collaboration with our counterparts in China on SAP-related projects and system support.
