Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment with HR business requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of Employee Central applications.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to minimise operational disruptions.
  • Document and track issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Employee Central functionalities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Configure and customise Employee Central to meet specific business needs.
  • Ensure alignment with HR business requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of Employee Central applications.

  • Analyse current HR processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing any queries or issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and maintenance activities.
