Job summary

K2 Partnering Solutions Pte Ltd seeks an execution-focused SAP SD Functional / Test Consultant to support an ERP transformation migrating Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA. You will engage in UAT, defect tracking, and provide hands-on SAP SD verification while supporting cutover activities. 4–7 years of SAP SD experience and strong testing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years hands-on SAP SD experience with SAP S/4HANA exposure.
• Proven track record writing and executing test scripts, and managing UAT.
• Experience on ERP migrations, ideally Oracle to SAP.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Scripting: Write, review, and execute detailed functional test scripts for SAP SD and O2C processes.
• UAT & Defect Management: Support users during UAT, log defects, and coordinate with tech teams for fixes.
• Business Process Alignment: Map legacy Oracle processes to SAP S/4HANA workflows and perform gap analyses.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead discussions with Mandarin-speaking business end-users for test walk-throughs.

Role Overview

We are seeking an execution-focused SAP SD Functional / Test Consultant to support an ongoing ERP transformation involving a migration from Oracle ERP to SAP S/4HANA.

This role is centered on business process mapping, test script preparation, and functional testing during the active project testing phase. The consultant will engage directly with Chinese-speaking business stakeholders to validate business workflows, write test scenarios, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Testing & Scripting: Write, review, and execute detailed functional test scripts and test cases for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• UAT & Defect Management: Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), log/track defects, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

• Business Process Alignment: Assist in mapping legacy Oracle business processes into standard SAP S/4HANA workflows and conduct functional gap analysis.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions and test walk-throughs with regional Chinese-speaking business end-users.

• Functional Support: Provide hands-on SAP SD system verification and support initial cutover/go-live preparation activities.

Key Requirements

• Functional Experience: 4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with solid exposure to SAP S/4HANA.

• Testing Track Record: Proven background writing and executing test scripts, managing UAT, and using test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, Solution Manager/Tricentis).

• Migration Exposure: Prior experience working on ERP migration initiatives (ideally Oracle to SAP).

• Language Requirement: Fluent / Business-proficient in Mandarin (written & spoken) is essential to collaborate with Chinese-speaking business teams.

• Communication & Delivery: Strong analytical skills, structured approach to documentation, and a collaborative, delivery-driven mindset.
