We are looking for a seasoned SAP Consultant with at least 15-18 years of experience in InventoryManagement(IM),MaterialsManagement(MM),andSales&Distribution(SD).TheroleinvolvesleadingSAPimplementationprojects(RISEandnon-RISE),conductingsolutionworkshops,anddesigningSAPSD/MMmodulesinbothECCandS/4HANAenvironments.Theidealcandidatewillhavestrongtechnicalandfunctionalexpertise,experienceinfulllifecycleimplementations.

• Prepare,reviewanddelivertheSAPSupplyChainmanagement(SAPMM,SAPPMandSAPWM)solutionsforcustomers,includingproposalwriting,presentation,conductingProof-of-Concepttoshowcaseitstechnicalfeasibilitywhennecessary
• ProposetheSAPsolutionandselectionoftechnologiesandestimateresourcesrequiredtodeveloptheproposedsolutiontomeetourcustomer'srequirements
• Leadconductofbusinessworkshopsandassessment
• Articulatealternativesintermsofcost,benefitandriskwheremultiplesolutionsexist
• HighlightthepositiveimpactofNCSsolutionstohelpthemachievecustomer’sbusinessgoals
• Providepre-salesdeliveryofconsultancyservicestoourcustomersonaglobalbasis
• Effectivelyengagedstakeholdersinsales,projectdecisionsandexecution
• Buildlong-termcustomerrelationshipsbyanticipatingandexceedingcustomer’sexpectation

• DeliverenablementsessionstoNCSpresalestohelparticulateNCS’sserviceofferingsandsolutionsandcomparativelypositionwithcompetitor’ssolutions
• Developandcontinuouslyimproveonthematerialsavailableforenablementsessionstoensurequalityandrelevance
• Maintainreusablecomponentstofacilitatethesellingprocessandensureconsistencyinthequalityofservicespromisedtoourcustomers
• ContributetocompetencyenablementthroughoutthecommunityinNCSonaglobalbasis
• Developandmanageagroupofindividualstobepartofthefocusedcompetencycommunity.ThisenhancesNCS’sabilitytosupportthegrowthexpectationsofthebusiness,andcontinuallybuildtheimageandsuccessoftheNCSbrand

Theidealcandidateshouldpossess:

• StrongunderstandingofSAPSD(Sales&DistributionProcess)orMaterialManagement(MM)processes
• Typically15-18yearsSAPSupplyChainManagementexperience(SAPMM,SAPPM,SAPWMmodules)
• ExperienceinSingaporePublicSectorSAPprojects
• CompletedmultipleendtoendprojectimplementationinSAPS/4HANA.ExperiencewithmigrationfromECCtoS/4HANA
• Self-motivatedwithapositive“can-do”attitude,creativewithexcellentpresentation,communication,negotiationandinterpersonalskillsincludingstrongpersuasivetechniques.
