Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd in Greenwich seeks an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, data migration, and testing. You will ensure data integrity across ECC and S/4HANA and help with reporting workflows.

Role demands 3-8 years in SAP/ERP or supply chain systems, strong data analysis, and the ability to coordinate with business and technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, supply chain, business analytics or related field.
• 3-8 years of SAP, ERP, business analysis or supply chain systems experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, testing, cutover and deployment activities.
• Track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
• Validate master and transactional data across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and reporting systems.
• Analyse SAP processes involving Finished Goods, logistics, order fulfilment, inventory and labelling.
• Investigate system, interface, label and data-related issues.
• Prepare UAT scripts, process documentation and project updates.
