Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage SAP projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and SAP best practices.
• Lead testing, training, and change management activities related to SAP implementations.
• Support post‑implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects, preferably with certifications such as PMP or SAP Project Manager certification.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) and SAP implementation methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
