• Lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of SAP PLM solutions, including configuration, integration, and customization.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP PLM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and digital transformation goals.
• Provide technical and functional leadership for the SAP PLM suite
• Product Structure Management
• Classification and Variant Configuration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and effective system utilization.
• Integrate SAP PLM with other SAP modules (SAP MM, PP, QM, EHS, etc.) and external systems (CAD, PDM, ALM).
• Define best practices, standards, and governance models for SAP PLM implementations and upgrades.
• Lead or participate in project planning, blueprinting, testing, training, and change management efforts.
• Support the development and delivery of training materials and end-user documentation.
• Stay current on SAP PLM roadmap and recommend innovations that improve business outcomes.

Pre-requisite

• At least 15 to 20 years of experience in SAP implementations, with in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA
• Proven expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP Product Lifecycle Management solutions within SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to effectively train and mentor others.
• Solid experience participating in pre-sales activities and solution design for SAP S/4 HANA PLM.
