Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking an experiencedSAP MM Leadto deploy, manage and oversee SAP Materials Management (MM) module to design global template and then do S4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP MM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders (SMEs, Key Users), other functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure system implementation with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP MM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; provide strategic direction in MM process design.
• Configure SAP MM module and integrate it with other SAP modules (SD, PP-QM, WM, FI/CO, PM, PS).
• Manage and guide team members, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including business blueprints, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Oversee data migration, master data setup, and cutover planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective change management and adoption.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
• Write FSD (Functional Specification Design) document for technical consultants and get the WRICEF items done.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum12-15 yearsof SAP MM experience, including3+ yearsin alead role.
• Proven experience inat least 2 full life-cycle S4 HANA implementations.
• Strong knowledge ofSAP MM configuration,procure-to-pay (P2P)process,inventory management & Sub-contracting works.
• Familiarity withintegration pointsto other modules such as SD, CO, PP, QM, PM and FI.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
