A logistics and events company based in Singapore is looking for an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to ensure compliance in the Enterprise Master Data Management Program and provide critical support for SAP S4 HANA users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics management and a strong background in SAP MM/SD modules. This role involves leading master data initiatives and collaborating closely with key business users.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Ensure 100% Compliance in Enterprise Master Data Management Program, with support mechanism to assist BPO/Key Business Users to operate effectively on SAP S4 HANA platform (including needs for business process modification).

Provide excellent support of level 1 and level 2 support mechanism (level 2 via Application Management Service model) to ensure request, issues, enhancement/ optimization program are consciously monitored and deliver based on sign off timeline, with appropriate Configuration test, User Acceptance Test and migration of data.

Work with infrastructure lead and host partner to conduct periodic audit, check on barometer of S4 HANA cloud performance. Put in place exigencies solutions to prevent disruption in service and operation, and to elevate critical issues to BIO/AMS partner/SAP, and to follow through issues till solution is effectively in place.

Lead and actively collaborate with program manager and Functional Consultants' team; and consistently engaged with BPO to share feedbacks/areas of improvement wherever necessary.

Ensure proper negotiation and documentation handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Information Technology
• Been involved, as SAP certified MM/SD in supporting end user environment covering materials management(service materials, asset), purchasing sales (service management, service contract,/catalogue) and logistics management (WMS and distribution) with shipping or logistics service provider environment,not less than 7 years
• Been an experienced SAP functional consultant in fields such as MM/SD, Logistics (WMS/TMS/HUM) for not less than 7 years
• Have experienced in leading, driving, Master Data Management (Request, Change, Approve, Release) within SAP application environment, with SAP functional team and key business users/BPO to ensure timelines and governance
• Ideal knowledge in ISO Tank, Container TEU freight management or shipping (as a shipper or logistics service provider)
• Proven function consultant in scoping, configuration, testing, and have led at lest 2 successful major SAP S4 HANA Core Enterprise implementation and regional rollout
• Technical knowledge or work with ABAP programming, SAP Fiori is a plus
• Have experienced working with Small Medium Enterprise within Singapore/Malaysia, that embark on SAP S4 HANA as core enterprise adoption, with experience coaching, guiding both SAP functional consultant and Key Business Process Owners/Users in all SAP related support
